CashFlow Investing is based on the Concept by Mr Robert Kiyosaki, where the Strategies/Mindset of Investing formulated Primarily for Cashflow collection, Secondarily for Capital Gains.

I see it as a business model similar to "Insurance", "Vehicle Rental", "Property Rental". Where you manage/own assets which generates Cashflow Income on a consistent, shorter term, manageable, predictable & acceptable basis.

It is not a Get-Rich Quick, One-Time jackpot kind of strategies where you can retire quickly, but a consistent system which I use personally which will & can replace your working Income over time, leading to Retirement.

Caution - Formulated Systematically to lead to Retirement in 8 years.

Updates (13/12/2013)

Hello,

As per my first trade, I've collected net US$486.05 instantly into my trading account. After 1 working day, I can do anything with that Cash Income, either to withdraw to pay off 2 monthly instalments for my Capital Loan or I can withdraw to spend. Remember my instalment is S$250 per month.

Alternatively, I can chose to keep the funds in my trading account, as well as to re-invest for compounding effect. Of course no matter what I decide to do with the funds I definitely need to pay my Capital Loan instalments. So I decided to pay the monthly instalments using my own money & compound my returns.

The intention is to build Cashflow returns of minimum US$1000 mthly, afterwhich I will withdraw on a monthly basis. I'll also consider the option of making capital top-up after 1 year to increase the Cashflow Returns.

Current Position Market Value is 0.14 (Last Traded) -Taken from finance.yahoo.com

Would you want an investment which generates Cash Income on a short term basis ?
To have Cashflow disregards to the market directions(Of course an added Bonus if it goes in your direction)
Have room to be wrong yet still able to make money out of it ?
Not having to keep trading daily like Full-Timer ?
Grow your Money on a manageable & consistent basis ?
Collect payout FIRST instead of end of the trade ?

If your answer is YES to at least 3 of the above, then this maybe the strategy you're looking for. By the way isnt this strategy similar to Property Cashflow Investing ?

- Invest once, receive monthly Cashflow via RENT
- Once Rental Contract signed, Deposit/First Month Rent collected
- Collect on a monthly/Short-Term Basis
- Even if Property prices fluctuates, Rental still collect
- Collect Rent First before contract expires/end
